Q-Dropping a Class
  1. Q-drops allow a student to drop a class without penalty between the 5th and 50th class days.
  2. A maximum of three Q-Drops may be approved during a student's academic career. Q-drop's which are approved in KINE, ROTC, and one-hour courses, will not be included as one of the three. There is one exception to this rule: if a science lab is Q-dropped and the lecture section is not, it will be considered a Q-drop in and of itself. If, however, the lab is Q-dropped at the same time, AND ONLY AT THE SAME TIME, as the lecture part of the course, then it will be considered one Q-drop.
  3. Print out and complete the Q-drop request form and bring to 122 Scoates Hall (for ALED and AGCJ majors) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. OR 107 Scoates Hall for AGSC majors.
